The apartment sleeps two people and comprises: entrance hall, sitting room, kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom and small patio. Stylishly decorated and furnished, the apartment has a flatscreen HD television with digital reception offering over 30 channels as well as a DVD, CD player and stereo available. For business visitors, the apartment offers free wi-fi link and a comfortable place to sit and work. On a bus route to the MoD offices, the apartment is easily accessible for public transport to the City's two Universities, the Royal United Hospital, and is within walking distance to any city centre business. Bath Spa Railway Station is located within a fifteen minute walk or a £4 taxi fare. Bristol Airport is a thirty-five minute drive or a £35 taxi fare. If arriving late there are plenty of local shops take-aways and gastro-pubs within walking distance. Parking is free between 6 pm and 8 am and all day on Sundays and Bank Holidays; parking at meters at other times. For holiday-makers a few days in Bath is a great idea for good shopping , international sport including Bath rugby and Bath race course, a renowned theatre, seven cinema screens, the Bath music and literary festivals, and of course the newly opened Thermae Bath Spa, a day spa where you can bathe in the warm, natural mineral-rich waters of Bath. Quiet for a city centre location it tends to be warm in winter and cool in summer. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for someone with a disability due to stairs. No smoking please.
